YOU ARE INVITED TO ATTEND THE Third COPA CONTEST

Copa Contest

WHAT

  • A competition between the DACs (Guilds) of Star Atlas and opportunity to present the unique attributes that make your DAC the one to join.

HOW

  • Submit a slideshow explaining why someone should choose your DAC over all others, and clearly showcasing your initiatives and progress over the last year. The most compelling slideshows, as deemed by a panel of judges, will be presented live at COPA in front of all assembled guests.

WHO

  • Attendees Open to all members of the Star Atlas community
  • Presenters All DACs have the chance to present (1 entry per DAC, must be a DAC leader to submit an entry)

WHERE

WHEN

  • DACs must submit a presentation by July 17th based on the contest criteria; top entries will be announced July 21 and invited to present at COPA this summer.

1ST PLACE

CSS Tier 3 ($17k Origination Price)

2ND PLACE

CSS Tier 2 ($7.9k Origination Price)

3RD PLACE

CSS Tier 1 ($1.6k Origination Price)


IN ADDITION:
  • AUDIENCE MEMBERS WILL HAVE THE CHANCE TO WIN SHIPS AND EXCLUSIVE PRIZES.
  • EVERY GUILD THAT PARTICIPATES WILL BE GRANTED ACCESS TO THE DISCORD STAR ATLAS COMMUNITY KITCHEN SERVER (SACK).

Note: Prizes awarded will be awarded to DAC leaders on behalf of the DAC. See CONTEST RULES for more details.

Contest Criteria

DACs will be judged on the following criteria:

  • STORY AND STRUCTURE DAC's goals in and out of game, lore, internal structure and who's accepted into the DAC.
  • Building Has your DAC launched a program, product, or tool? Have you completed what you shared last year at COPA? Was your DAC active in the Star Atlas community during the tough times?
  • FUTURE PLANS Do you have plans to launch a program, product, or tool?
  • COMMUNITY BUILDING How are you growing your community? How are you advertising your DAC inside and outside of the Star Atlas ecosystem?
